Sighing, Longkit rose.  She had angered a Medicine Cat and hurt Foreverkit's feelings.  And the grey tabby wasn't about to go running back there and learn herbs.  Let someone else live their dream- Longkit was just being selfish and dramatic.  Almost as though the kit wasn't capable of emotions, she padded away, knowing she had screwed up.  However, in the ashes left by the flame that had engulfed her chest there was but one live ember.  The she-kit showed no signs of anger nor sadness, but simply nothing.  A part of her wanted to hate.  Be angry.  Decide Spacecadet was lying and he really was playing favorites, especially with the sort of icy anger she had perceived his tone to be made up of.  And yet the good sense in her told her that everything was messy, and to patch it up now would be to make a house of water- it just wouldn't work.

WindClan Medicine Den / I Know You Get This a Lot.

Padding in, the white kitten swiveled her head in both directions, looking for Gracideasilhouette.  "Hello?  Gracidea?"  Her meow was quiet, as though she knew it would displease the blind Medicine Cat had she spoken any louder.  After all, kits weren't really supposed to be in the medicine den without supervision- well, not at all, really.  Taking a deep breath, the she-kit went in all the way, hoping to achieve today's goal of learning a little something from the Medicine Cat.

Gritting his teeth, the tom nodded slightly.  "Yes."  The pain was immense, but a cat like him shouldn't appear so weak, even if the lady treating him was blind.

Spellcaster smiled.  "I'd love to come!"  Came the bright meow from the tabby.  The warrior didn't much care where they hunted, it would just be a nice change of pace from hunting in a gigantic patrol.  She found it much easier to chase rabbits and the like when cats weren't clambering over themselves to get the plumpest prey.  Aqua eyes shone rather brightly as the warrior stood, and Spellcaster merely shrugged off the fact that she hadn't been noticed at first- leader's already had so much on their plates.

Spellcaster wove through camp, noticing Lavastar sitting a few fox-lengths away.  Padding closer, the blue silver tabby gave a quick smile towards her leader.  He always seemed to be hidden away in his den, but that needn't be so.  Now would be a lovely opportunity to chat.  As she neared Lavastar, the warrior felt just the slightest bit of unease gnawing at her insides, but she quickly masked it with a question.  "Why the hmf?  It's leaf-fall, and I must say the trees are looking gorgeous," there was an upbeat tone, though an air of teasing lingered in the question.

;w; sorry if I'm missing letters.  Last night one of my keys broke ; 3;

"Mkay," he meowed, watching Onekit with a suspicious raise of a non-existent eyebrow.  But it was all in good spirits.  "Need any other help, Carrie?  As of now I've nothing to do," the fiery tom meowed, returning one nickname with another.  It had a cool little ring to it, but he'd probably be scolded for calling one of such high priority in the Clan with such petty nicknames.  Smiling, the green-eyed tom sat down, as though he intended on staying for a spell.

The Lake / Re: a moonlight str[o]ll along the lake

"Ah, I won't attack darling.  Congratulations."  However, his eyes were slightly downcast at being yelled at, and now anger bloomed like a flower compiled of burning embers.  "I'll be taking my leave then, if I'm disrupting your petty little moonlit journey."  The words had venom sharo as claws behind it, but Fallenpower withheld his anger, not needing a leader's anger upon his broad shoulders.

11
"Not really," she muttered, wanting to beat her head against a rock without false sympathy.  The grey kitten was tired, tired of feeling useless.  And so she decided to be extremely blunt in her opinion.  "Well, you like Foreverkit more than me, and I'm okay with it, really, I am.  But I just feel as though an itty bitty part in me died because I think deep down I was hoping to sort of 'try out' or whatever for your apprentice, but Forever's far better off than I am, and the only motivation I had for trying out was because I didn't want to watch cats like my mother die.  I wanted to help cats.  But I really hate causing drama, and there's envy in my heart, where envy must never go, so now I feel like a bad cat for being jealous.  But I also don't want you guys feeling bad.  The end."  That last part was so Spacecadet realized her onslaught of words had ceased as of now.

12
Tears stung in her eyes, now, though they were not of hatred but sadness.  She would never get her chance, never really amount to anything other than the random orphan who was always there.  But no, that was self-loathing, and that was a bad thing.  But Longkit couldn't help but feel the least bit discouraged at how proud Spacecadet had seemed of Foreverkit, but never of herself.  So the fluffy kit padded over to a tree and buried her face, hard, in a rock, hoping to maybe make herself better and knock the icky thing out that made her not good enough.

Crashing into the lake, the tom collided with both the water and a rock, which softened the blow only as little.  Sitting up, he bared his teeth, not knowing (insert)star here had passed, leaving Eiffeltower to take on role as leader.  The gathering was soon, but had not yet occurred.  "Who- oh, hey Eiffeltower!  Or at least I think it was Eiffeltower.  I've seen you at gatherings before!"  Padding out and shaking out his fur, Fallenpower was nearly invisible with his ebon veil of darkness.  "I wasn't daring anything.  Just protecting the lake."

Fallenpower crashed out of the forest and went barreling towards the silhouette by the lake.  "Die, intruder!"  And though they had followed the rules, the handsome young tom didn't appreciate cats on ShadowClan territory.  One of the kits had tried to run away already- what if some crazy cat by the lake kitnapped them?  Muscles rippled as the jet black tom pounced with a silence greater than any ninja out there.  His deep magma-orange eyes locked on whoever this was, realizing too late that it was a she-cat, and that should she not dodge in time, they'd both end up in the lake.

Tollingpaw grinned, setting the herbs neatly back in place.  "No problem!"  He meowed, voice light, sort of like the tolling of bells which he was named for.  Bending down to scoop up the rest, he paused.  The leaf was rather foreign, and he wondered what it was.  But before his mind drifted away, the tom quickly scooped them up and laid them out alongside the others.  "There ya go, Carousel.  Need any help with the kits?  I can entertain them if you'd like."  The fiery tom had only just been promoted to apprentice, and seeing as how ThunderClan was short on warriors, he had yet to find a mentor, leaving the green-eyed apprentice to his own devices all day.
